Physiotherapy postgraduate programmes

Coventry University is a leading centre of study and research, in the UK, which bring excellent academic standard to career focus learning.

The university has offered Physiotherapy postgraduate programmes since 1992. The courses are open to physiotherapists who wish to extend their knowledge base and professional expertise in their specialist areas.

The courses build up on students’ current knowledge and experience to facilitate an exploration of physiotherapy in its many forms.

The courses offered include:

Flexible full and part time options are available which allows students to choose their own programme of study depending on their individual needs.

The courses are underpinned throughout by Evidence Based Practice and clinical reasoning to ensure the development of a sound, effective and reasoned approach to practice. There is a strong emphasise on manual skills and mentored clinical practice allowing the students to develop confidence and expertise in the management of neuro-musculoskeletal disorders.

Individual modules that students may choose as part of their postgraduate programme or as a stand alone module include:
